Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish Edmonds. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
