Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide nursing care to patients, administer medications, and participate in planning and implementing nursing care.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned, maintaining accurate records.
- Reinforce supports and provide health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting a smooth transition to home care.
- Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, ensuring a cohesive and effective care plan.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s), facilitating timely interventions.
- Record on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care rendered, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Current and Valid RN license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities, responding effectively to changing situations.
- In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Physical strength and stamina, enabling you to perform duties with minimal fatigue.
