Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of restorative care plans, including range of motion exercises.
  • Assist in the safe lifting and transferring of residents.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting.
  • Execute tasks as directed by licensed nursing personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Current state CNA/NAC licensure is required.
  • Active RNA certification is preferred.
  • Must be listed on the OBRA registry.
