Job Title: Beauty Advisor

About the Role:
As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a vital role in helping clients discover the power of beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to create personalized experiences for every client, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to clients, showcasing your expertise in makeup and skincare.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, ensuring you can provide clients with the most relevant and effective recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, helping to drive sales and promote Sephora's products.
  • Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, with a passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment, with a commitment to maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $18.25 - $22.38/hr, with actual hourly pay dependent on qualifications and experience.
