Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping Execution: Execute shipments between CMOs, ensuring quantity and quality consistency with shipment plans.
  • Shipping Documentation: Create and maintain all shipping documents and records, including CMO documentation requirements.
  • Compliance, Customs, and Government Agency Alignment: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws, and maintain routine transaction data.
  • Storage and Warehouse Management: Coordinate receiving and shipping processes with third-party storage warehouses, manage and track monthly inventory, and reconcile as necessary.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage logistics-related projects, review and track costs, and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of industry experience within Logistics in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
  • Experience in temperature-controlled (cold chain) logistics.
  • Knowledge of cGMP logistics and distribution, and experience working with third-party CMOs, manufacturing, storage warehouses, and freight forwarders/customs brokers.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems.
