Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This leadership role is responsible for managing supplier partnerships, executing creative strategic agreements, and negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop a geographically diverse and remote team
  • Enable proactive risk identification and execute mitigation plans
  • Manage supplier partnerships
  • Execute creative strategic agreements and negotiate favorable terms and conditions
  • Understand engineering, production, and quality requirements as they relate to establishing statements of work and supplier agreements
  • Support sector initiatives/special projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement OR a Master's Degree with at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals, procurement
  • Must have previous experience in Supply Chain
  • At minimum, the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret level clearance to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
  • Ability to understand engineering practices and work within the technology arena to further the connection between the technology roadmaps and Global Supply Chain
  • Experience building teams and interfacing/collaborating with Programs and other organizations within and outside of Global Supply Chain
  • Significant experience managing supply chain risk
