Position Title: Operations Analyst

Summary:
This position is classified under the National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service and necessitates military affiliation. The role of Operations Analyst is integral to the Mississippi National Guard.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver insights and evaluations to various management tiers through comprehensive assessments.
2. Gather and interpret maintenance data, presenting findings to leadership.
3. Oversee, administer, and sustain the Maintenance Information System(s) (MIS).
4. Execute specialized studies to evaluate the Health of Unit Readiness (HUR).
5. Assess performance metrics to ascertain manpower, equipment, and facility maintenance capabilities.
6. Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:
Military Grades: E4-E6

Must possess the ability to obtain and uphold the necessary security clearance. Demonstrated capability to cultivate effective professional relationships is essential. Occasional work outside standard hours may be necessary, including potential overtime. Adherence to military uniform standards is mandatory. Participation in direct deposit is required. Candidates operating motor vehicles must hold a valid state driver's license.

Qualifications:
Membership in the National Guard is a prerequisite.

General Experience:
Demonstrated experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible roles showcasing analytical skills.

Specialized Experience:
A minimum of 30 months of experience with in-depth knowledge of National Guard structures, functions, and policies is required.
