Job Title: Field Support Analyst I

Join Elevance Health as a Field Support Analyst I and play a critical role in providing installation, repair, and maintenance for desktop PC technologies and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware, operating systems, applications, and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for onsite and expanded teams
  • Oversee asset management and evaluate hardware and software issues
  • Assist in identifying requirements for solutions and provide basic training to users for new installations
Requirements:
  • AA/AS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience with PC and operating systems
  • Dell hardware certification
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience as a technical specialist
  • Microsoft A+ and Network+ certifications
  • Experience with computer technology
