  • Lead the SAP S4HANA ABAP development team in designing and implementing ABAP solutions for our organization.

  • Implement CDS (Core Data Services) for data modeling and development of SAP S4HANA applications.
  • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and recommend improvements to ABAP development processes.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain consistency in coding standards, improve performance, and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Create formal networks involving coordination among groups to ensure seamless integration of ABAP solutions with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to ABAP development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S4HANA ABAP development tools and techniques.
  • Mentor and train junior developers in ABAP and SAP S4HANA development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA ABAP development methodologies and best practices.
  • Expertise in CDS (Core Data Services) for data modeling and development.
  • Proficiency in clean core SAP development techniques, including modularization, performance optimization, and error handling.
  • SAP S4HANA ABAP certification is preferred.
