Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing operations
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve quality
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement new manufacturing technologies

  • Identify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronic or related) and 3+ years of technical experience
  • PLC and drive programming experience preferred
  • Experience with data analytics tools (PowerBI, etc)
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle) and IT concepts (VMs, networking)
  • Experience in high volume/technology manufacturing processes within the automotive industry preferred
  • Ability to read and define electric drawings, pneumatic and/or hydraulic plans
  • Project leadership skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet established targets
  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams with a high degree of self-initiative
  • Experience utilizing problem-solving techniques to solve complex manufacturing issues (Six Sigma, Shainin, 5 whys)
