Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Southwest Missouri Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a high level of security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance teller drawer daily and comply with all teller standards and bank procedures
  • Complete all necessary documentation for customers in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a neat, clean professional appearance and demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing the duties of this position
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Cash handling and balancing, customer service and/or prior teller/banking experience is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and detail-oriented
