Job Overview

Carespring is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team in Loveland, OH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for representing our facilities externally through marketing and community involvement, as well as internally maintaining and managing occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information to individuals inquiring about our facility services, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish strong relationships with potential referral sources.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure all required new facility admission documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor sales data to ensure our marketing strategy is effective and aligned with our goals.
  • Meet Admission and Sales Goals established by Management, driving business growth and success.
  • Oversee the Admissions Liaison to ensure proper department function and optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a background in healthcare, preferably in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Nursing License, demonstrating a strong foundation in healthcare and business principles.
  • Successful completion of a Sales Assessment, showcasing your skills and abilities.
