Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at Elliot Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing assessment, treatment, and education to patients, as well as coordinating treatment with various agencies and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide treatment and education to patients, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions.
    • Collaborate with nursing and support personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
    • Ensure patient rights are protected and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Documentation of Services
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interventions, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Participate in quality improvement activities to ensure compliance with DNV accreditation standards and Medical Staff bylaws.
  • Office/Unit Operations
    • Collaborate with staff to maintain efficient office operations, including coordinating with nursing and support personnel.
    • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to departmental objectives.
  • Patient Experience
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Credentialing
    • Submit credentialing and re-credentialing information to the Office Manager in a timely manner.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Adhere to all Elliot Health policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Residency and fellowship training as required for specialty from an accredited program.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Hampshire.
  • Board Certified/Eligible or Admissible by the applicable governing Board for Physicians specialty.
Work Environment
