Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in delivering outstanding culinary experiences with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee and mentor back-of-house staff in a bustling kitchen environment, ensuring continuous training and professional growth.
  • Achieve budgetary goals related to labor and food costs through strategic planning and execution.
  • Assist in managing inventory processes, including weekly and monthly stock assessments and procurement of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and maintain an organized workspace in accordance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Culinary Management within an upscale dining setting.
  • Proficient understanding of back-of-house operations, including staff management, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic.
  • Preferred: Graduate of an accredited culinary program.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly wage for this position is $25.00. Additional benefits include:
