About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the Maintenance Department in a skilled nursing facility. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community. As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for facility maintenance, including projects and preventative maintenance, life safety program, security, facilities, materials management, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

• Manage the life safety program, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems

• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
