About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at GLDS. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and launching new products and services that meet the needs of our customers in the broadband internet market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and features.
  • Manage product lifecycles from concept to launch, including product requirements, testing, and release management.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with technical support teams to ensure seamless product adoption and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
