Sales and Client Relations Lead

We are Exploring Graphics, a premier provider of high-quality, large-format printing, design, and graphics solutions. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we serve a diverse range of industries, from trade shows and events to retail environments and corporate interiors.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Client Relations Lead to join our team at Exploring Graphics in Las Vegas, NV. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, driving sales through effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the tradeshow and event industry. They will possess a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Client Needs: Understand, anticipate, and manage client requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify client concerns, propose solutions, and proactively prevent future issues.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the assigned Account Manager to develop and implement strategies for territory and client growth.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with clients and internal teams on design projects to provide optimal solutions within budget.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the Director on complex projects to gain experience and build expertise.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, adapting strategies to increase market share as needed.
- Effective Communication: Ensure timely and accurate communication across all teams to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Serve as a proactive problem-solver, quick to adapt, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented with strong judgment and ability to evaluate alternative solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Works well with others, offering a positive, proactive approach to client service.
- Industry Insight: Knowledge of the tradeshow and event industry standards and requirements.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
