Sales Team Lead

Coeur Holdings is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales team, driving business growth and revenue expansion through effective sales strategies and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Performance Management: Develop and implement sales performance metrics, tracking progress toward achieving monthly sales targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative sales environment, guiding Sales Representatives, Nurses, and Estheticians in delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales objectives.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to tailor sales approaches and increase sales conversions.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies and optimize business results.
- Talent Development: Identify and develop talent within the sales team, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance sales performance and career growth.
- A successful sales track record with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide sales teams.
- A data-driven approach to sales performance management, with expertise in analyzing sales metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- A commitment to maintaining high levels of sales performance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Compensation: $75,000 (starting base pay based on experience) plus bonuses. Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
