Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join our team at Advantage Truck Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing standard AP tasks, including vendor account reconciliations, invoice entry, approval processing, check runs, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly accounts payable check runs and reconcile large vendor statements.
  • Perform GL account reconciliations and analysis, and facilitate cross-training within the department.
  • Provide feedback and options for cost savings measures, track use tax, and audit approval processes.
  • Co-lead department monthly meetings and maintain meeting minute records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
  • At least 5 years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
