- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all interactions are attentive, friendly, courteous, and efficient.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Hotel Operations: Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety and security protocols.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in revenue growth, cost control, and team development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
