We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our team at Workfit Medical's primary care clinic in central Vermont.
As a key member of our healthcare community, you will provide high-quality patient care, promoting wellness and managing chronic conditions in a patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower patients to take an active role in their health and promote wellness behaviors.
- Provide follow-up care and maintain effective communication with patients.
- Refer patients to specialty care as necessary.
- Provide clinical supervision to mid-level providers and nursing staff.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate in state and national disease prevention efforts.
Compensation:
Our competitive salary is $250,000 for new graduates, with experienced physicians earning up to $400,000 annually. Our compensation model rewards performance and experience.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A completion of medical school, residency, and possibly fellowship.
- An active and unrestricted medical license in Vermont.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or a related specialty.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
