Job Summary

This position involves caring for patients across various age groups and health conditions, utilizing evidence-based knowledge and nursing practices. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering compassionate care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver holistic care to patients, incorporating assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Prioritize care based on individual patient needs, making decisions that reflect their unique circumstances.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Prior related nursing experience is desired.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $32.57 - $55.09 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include competitive differentials, comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
