Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team at PAE Consulting in Portland. As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for leading project teams, managing discipline, and completing projects on time within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Project team leadership and discipline management
  • Holding responsibility for deliverable documents including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Attending client meetings and coordinating efforts between external and internal project teams

You will also develop client relationships, independently evaluate and apply engineering judgment, techniques, and procedures to complete projects from concepts through construction, and oversee engineering calculations and equipment selection.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Relevant professional credential (i.e., PE)
  • Minimum 5-7 years' related work experience specific to the AEC/Built environment industry
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$129,500, based on the location in Portland, Oregon. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including performance bonuses, employer-paid health insurance, 401k account contributions, and more.
