We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team at Sparibis LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving revenue objectives for assigned accounts executives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support field sales team members in providing quotes, proposals, and contract requirements
* Manage assigned accounts to fully support all sales-associated activity
* Monitor installation from order to delivery on special needs requests
* Educate customers on billing processes and verify billing accuracy
* Internal teamwork with other partner groups to implement services and resolve customer problems
* Assist direct sales to meet or exceed contract renewal objectives
* Submit MACD and simple orders to provisioning groups
* Account auditing for billing accuracy and additional revenue opportunities
* Manage and report on all churn in excess of 5+ lines
* Use tools to assist salesperson in account management
* Manage module to annual growth targets

**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3+ years experience in similar account management responsibilities
* Experience in the Telecommunications industry
* Strong time management, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
* Associate degree or significant relevant experience required
* Strong phone and presentation skills
* Good customer relationship building experience
* Goal and results-driven
* Project management ability
* Community involvement expected
