Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve menu items, including coffees, drinks, sandwiches, salads, and other food and beverage items, in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restocking supplies and inventory as needed to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, communicating effectively and providing support as needed.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, responding to changing circumstances and priorities in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of cash handling and food preparation experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
