Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team serving clients throughout Los Angeles County.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and knowledge in working with adults with developmental disabilities, providing clinical guidance, participating in staff meetings, and leading development programs. As the BCBA Clinical Supervisor, you will profoundly impact the lives of individuals with special needs by ensuring clear communication between BCBA's, RBT's, and other clinical team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Supervision: Supervise BCBA's and RBT's to ensure clinical quality and positive outcomes.
  • Staff Meetings and Consultation: Conduct weekly meetings with BCBA's to review data analysis, make bi-weekly check-in phone calls with families, and provide direct feedback.
  • Training and Development: Administer behavior skills assessments, FBA's, and treatment plans for clients, while ensuring regulatory compliance and staying current on changes in professional licensing laws.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or Psychology.
  • BCBA Certification from the BACB.
  • At least 3 years' experience in the ABA field, client-facing and operational.
  • California Behavior Analyst Licensure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary: $115K - $135K per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement matching plan and flexible schedule.
