Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SERVPRO of Preferred Fire and Water, LLC. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with occasional after-hours emergency calls.


Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide first-rate customer service over the phone and maintain daily work orders. Schedule coordination and manage the work-in-progress board.

  • Job File Management: Complete FNOL documentation, prepare job paperwork for Crew/Estimator, prepare work orders, create and complete estimates, and manage job file documentation.

  • Office Administration: Maintain and organize file systems, manage company calendars, assist in client communication, review and route bulletins, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Office experience is a plus.

  • Customer Service Skills: First-rate customer service track record.

  • Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Benefits
  • Salary: Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $60,000 based on location and experience.

Work Environment

This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required, which may involve lifting files, opening filing cabinets, and bending or standing on a stool as necessary.
