Job Summary

The Customer Solution Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships through proactive and reactive communication, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging technical expertise to provide value-added solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business results and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with experience in a call center environment.
