Travel Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Wendel. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation
* Provide staff with detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order
* Adhere to corporate travel policy, travel budgets, and provide cost-effective options to clients
* Address any travel-related issues or changes promptly and effectively
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, trends, and best practices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and travel vendors
* Assist with travel-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator, Travel Agent, or similar role preferred
* Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and platforms
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
