Position Overview:
As a key member of our team in the Mountain West region, you will be instrumental in advancing Rabo AgriFinance's presence among farmers and producers in one of the most fertile agricultural areas.

Your Role:
In this capacity, you will focus on attracting new clients while nurturing existing relationships to meet the financial objectives of the region.

Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary representative of Rabo AgriFinance in the regional market, ensuring a seamless experience for clients by collaborating with team members.
- Drive business development and manage customer relations within a designated area or market segment.
- Provide expert agricultural investment and advisory services to both current and prospective clients.
- Identify and address customer needs by offering tailored banking products and services.
- Assess client eligibility and suitability for various financial products, negotiating optimal solutions with the help of product specialists as necessary.

Collaboration:
Work closely with Financial Analysts to ensure accurate presentation of client requests, adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Recommend client applications to the Credit department for approval.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the VP - Relationship Manager position, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural lending or related fields.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for agriculture and a solid understanding of lending practices.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven skills in marketing and selling financial products.
- Capability to set objectives, manage priorities, and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel regionally, up to 35%.
