Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Relationship Specialist to join our team at USClaims. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to personal injury law firms and their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized support to attorneys and claimants through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and law firms that would benefit from our services, and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Update our internal CRM database accurately and timely to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, nurture leads, and promote our commitment to excellence in every interaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls, B2B cold calling, and prospecting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to think and act independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM.
