We are currently looking for a Relationship Specialist that is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager in our office in Clearwater, Florida. Your mission will be to deliver outstanding personalized customer service to personal injury law firms and our mutual clients – Claimants. A personal injury claimant is someone who was injured and has filed a lawsuit against a defendant they believe is responsible for causing their injuries. Claimants and their attorneys need time to seek justice and when Claimants need an advance, we are here to help them and their families.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Work in a team environment and answer inbound calls from attorneys and claimants either interested in pre-settlement funding or existing clients seeking status of their funding (~40% of the time).
• Work closely with plaintiffs and their attorneys by placing outbound calls, sending emails to establish contact with potential clients and law firms, and gather relevant case information (~20% of the time).
• Conduct research using internet tools, legal dockets, and internal Microsoft CRM to identify law firms whose clients would benefit from our services and reach out to these firms to: 1) identify decision makers, 2) seek firms experience with our funding company or other funding companies, and 3) set up in person meetings, other virtual meeting with key decision makers so that they can learn more about our products and services (~40% of the time).
• Accurately and timely update of internal Microsoft CRM database.
• Deliver exceptional personalized customer service.
• Nurture leads through effective verbal and written communication to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Promote the company’s commitment to excellence and high-quality service in every interaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls while gathering necessary customer information.
• Experience with B2B cold calling and prospecting.
• A great telephone personality; ability to engage in conversation & build rapport.
• Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships on the phone and through marketing efforts.
• Excellent, professional communication skills-verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Excellent follow up skills.
