Position Responsibilities:
The Speech Language Pathologist will assess and treat patients referred to the Speech Therapy Department. This role involves conducting clinical evaluations tailored to the patient's diagnosis and developing treatment plans that are goal-oriented based on evaluation results and the patient's personal objectives. The professional will assist patients in achieving their goals through effective treatment strategies and interventions, while also formulating timely discharge plans and recommendations to meet the anticipated needs of the patient.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid license in the State of Indiana as a Speech Language Pathologist and possess CPR certification.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Speech Therapy Clinic Setting is preferred, although new graduates in their Clinical Fellowship Year from an accredited program will be considered (not applicable for PRN positions).
