Job Details

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Tax Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and prosperity of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as needed.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax preparations.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Maintain company ledger and daily financial transactions.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
  • Review and process expense reports.
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process.
  • Implement and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
  • Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
  • 4+ years of experience in tax preparation.
  • Proven experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and popular computer software and databases.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
