A-1 Total Service Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and dispatch our plumbers in the La Habra, CA area. This role offers a competitive wage of $15 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.

In this office role, you will be the heartbeat of our company, handling all client and plumber scheduling needs. You will answer incoming phone calls, schedule or reschedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service. Using your excellent communication skills, you will build a great rapport with each client and assign jobs to the right technicians. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service and maximize our field technicians' time and mileage.
