Job Title: Cashier/Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sportsman's Warehouse. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout areas, and stockrooms.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including assisting with special events and promotions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
