About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Event Planning
    • Work closely with session leaders to understand individual session needs and plan accordingly.
    • Coordinate with the Customer Success Lead to ensure all necessary supplies and resources are available.
  • Event Support
    • Act as a liaison between session leaders and attendees to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Prepare and set up event spaces, including printing, supplies, and prototyping carts.
    • Manage food and beverage requirements, including specialty meals and catering.
  • Day-of-Event Operations
    • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including dining and catering areas.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
    • Monitor and address any issues that may arise during the event.
  • Post-Event Tasks
    • Restock supplies and resources as needed.
    • Clean and maintain event spaces, including the dining and catering areas.
Requirements
