Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team at Compass Group Careers. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to supervisor.
• Attend in-service and safety meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

• No previous experience is required, but a willingness to train is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
