We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team at Brian Parisi Agency LLC. As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and selling insurance products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop leads to drive sales growth.
- Provide prompt and accurate service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the agent and team to meet individual and agency production goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Bilingual - Spanish (required)
- CA Property & Casualty License (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- CA Life & Health License (must be obtained)
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work as a team
- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving skills
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 PM
