Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Office Representative to join our team at Brian Parisi Agency LLC. As an Office Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and selling insurance products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop leads to drive sales growth.
  • Provide prompt and accurate service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent and team to meet individual and agency production goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual - Spanish (required)
  • CA Property & Casualty License (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
  • CA Life & Health License (must be obtained)
  • Pass a background check and drug screening
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and work as a team
  • Self-motivated and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 PM
