Job Title:
Order Entry Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders. This includes performing quality checks on materials and products, monitoring packaging techniques, and communicating with warehouse associates and QA auditors. You will also provide feedback to the Quality team on how to continuously improve the process.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform inspection/quality checks of material/products for defects as requested by Quality Assurance.
  • Monitor process to ensure proper packaging techniques are being utilized during assembly per SOP (sign-off on final inspection).
  • Communicate with warehouse associates and QA auditor when rejected material is found.
  • Provide feedback to the Quality team on how to continuously improve the process.


About the Role:
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s). The work site is fully on-site in Memphis, Tennessee. The work environment is an office setting on site at an industrial/3PL setting.
