POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Client Support Specialist serves as the primary liaison for brand Account Executives, retail partners, wholesale clients, eCommerce inquiries, and customer concerns.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications through calls, emails, and chats, while resolving conflicts in a dynamic, unscripted call center environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively, troubleshooting issues and determining the best resolution path based on established quality metrics.
- Provide accurate information to customers and ensure appropriate follow-up as needed.
- Initiate resolution documentation and track communication types.
- Meet personal and team performance objectives and standards.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency with technology, including SAP, Magento, Salesforce, and Pro-Concept.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel; relevant experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new database systems.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail.
- Open to coaching and constructive feedback to enhance personal and team performance.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume, unscripted call center environment is required.
