Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a Medical Assistant Floater to support our clinical teams in various offices. As a Medical Assistant Floater, you will perform quality patient care under the direct supervision of a clinician, promoting health and wellness in a safe and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical and administrative functions to support patient care
  • Support clinician and care management teams in assessing and maintaining chronic disease management
  • Perform laboratory testing procedures and phlebotomy, including venipuncture, finger sticks, and heel sticks
  • Work in various offices to support in either the MA role or dedicated Lab station
Requirements
  • MA Diploma / Certification required OR a minimum of 3 years MA experience
  • Active BLS certification
  • Active & valid driver's license
Work Environment

Patient-facing, indoor work, operating computer, exposure to hazards, reach outward; reach above the shoulder, manual dexterity, lift/carry 10 lbs. or less, sitting, walking, squatting, kneeling, or bending.
