Insurance Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers with policy inquiries, changes, and claim submissions.
  • Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details using our internal systems.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team by providing quotes, processing applications, and following up on leads.
  • Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and policy benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Insurance Knowledge: A basic understanding of insurance products, services, and industry practices.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in insurance or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
