Position Summary:

The Inventory Control Specialist will collaborate closely with Inventory Managers to facilitate the smooth functioning of the inventory department. This role is crucial for maintaining precise records of incoming inventory transactions through various distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively communicates over the phone, in person, and via email to address discrepancies between shipping documents and received goods.
  2. Timely and accurately inputs data regarding incoming products into the inventory management system.
  3. Verifies and documents the quantity of goods received to ensure compliance with purchase orders and specifications, making corrections as necessary.
  4. Identifies and reports any shortages or discrepancies in inventory.
  5. Delivers friendly, efficient, and professional service to all stakeholders.

Additional Duties:

  1. Performs other related tasks as assigned, including any reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. At least one year of relevant experience in inventory control or a similar field.
  2. Ability to present information clearly and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
