Position Overview: Clinical Coordinator for Program Services

Compensation: Starting at $45,000; Full-time, Monday to Friday with flexible scheduling options

  • Facilitate the creation, assessment, and execution of service plans, case management strategies, behavioral intervention protocols, and therapeutic treatments for individuals in our care.
  • Supervise all services rendered to clients and their families, ensuring the highest quality of care, adherence to contractual obligations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the design of quality services and engaging activities tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with families and external case management professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related discipline.
  • Preferred: At least one year of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or at-risk youth.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance are required.
  • Licensure and training as mandated by state regulations, including CPR, First Aid, and Behavioral Intervention Techniques.
  • QMRP/QIDDP certification as required by state law.
  • A dependable and responsible demeanor coupled with a compassionate approach.
  • A strong commitment to delivering quality in all aspects of your work.
