Senior Project Manager

Our client is a prominent General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee various long-term projects in the commercial sector.
This opportunity is hosted by Jobot.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients to evaluate project scope and necessary resources for successful completion;
- Develop comprehensive estimates for selected projects, ensuring thorough review of specifications, drawings, and relevant documentation;
- Oversee the entire construction process to guarantee safety, adherence to design, budget, and schedule, while ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction are met (includes collaboration with client representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors);
- Supervise onsite Project Management staff and coordinate various onsite functions, including scheduling, engineering, and material control;
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management or project engineering;
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering;
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, technology, equipment, methods, and applicable industry codes;
- Basic understanding of construction contract law;
- Commitment to attending safety meetings and completing required training;
- Proficient in project management software including Primavera/Sure Trak, Timberline Estimating/Accounting, Prolog Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite.
