About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our IT Controls program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, IT governance, and leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive IT controls program that aligns with our company's strategic goals. This includes developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and standards for IT controls, as well as overseeing the implementation of control frameworks such as SOX and COBIT.

Additionally, the candidate will work closely with our security team to ensure the propriety of control execution and provide input on our internal control monitoring and execution tools. They will also direct our IT controls monitoring team and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT controls into business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT controls policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Design and manage a comprehensive IT controls program.
  • Oversee the implementation of control frameworks such as SOX and COBIT.
  • Work closely with our security team to ensure the propriety of control execution.
  • Direct our IT controls monitoring team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT controls into business processes.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required.
  • 8+ years of experience in large public company internal and external auditing, with emphasis on IT auditing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a position of leadership, including team development and management.
  • Expert level IT audit program and practices experience.
  • Big 4 IT Audit experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework components.
  • Experience with Okta or other SaaS identity providers.
  • Atlassian Jira.
  • Working with an engineering organization using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) patterns.
  • VLOOKUP and other functions in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience building basic automation to perform simple API queries using Python.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
