About the Position

Manpower Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Controls Lead to join our team. As a key leader, you will oversee the design and implementation of our system of internal controls.

About You
  • A CPA or CISA certification with 8+ years of experience in large public company internal and external auditing, preferably with a focus on IT auditing.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including team development and management.
  • Expert understanding of the general computer control areas and IT governance frameworks, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework, COBIT, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
Responsibilities

You will work closely with our security team to ensure complete and accurate review populations and validate control execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct the IT controls monitoring team and provide input on internal control monitoring and execution tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, finance, HR, and product teams on changes to SOX IT Controls.
  • Evaluate security and controls on various hosted and SaaS/cloud-based technologies.
