About the Role

This Senior Manager role is responsible for leading the Analytical Controls team and overseeing the global CMC program. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in pharmaceutical development and management, with expertise in GMP and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage and develop a global team. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Analytical Controls team
  • Oversee the CMC program and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and develop a global team of managers and scientists
  • Collaborate with commercial functions to develop and implement quality control strategies

Estimated Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
