Clinical Nutritionist for Inpatient Care

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for an inpatient position at Yale New Haven's Saint Raphael's campus in Connecticut.
About the RoleThis 510-bed acute care hospital is part of Yale New Haven Health, Connecticut's leading healthcare system. As a Registered Dietitian, you will provide inpatient nutrition care for a variety of inpatient units and work every 5th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital wide coverage.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient nutrition care for a variety of inpatient units;
- Demonstrate a passion for service in the dietetics field;
- Work with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient care;
- Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays, as assigned;
- Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
- Registered Dietitian credentials, or who are RD eligible;
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills;
- The ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff;
- A strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Sodexo offers a fair and equitable compensation package based on education level or years of relevant experience.
